**Job Responsibilities of an Operation Assistant**
The responsibilities of an Operation Assistant typically cover a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth daily operations of a company. Below are the main duties:
1. **Daily Operational Support**:
- Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows.
- Handle internal communication and coordinate work across departments.
2. **Document Management**:
- Organize, file, and update documents and reports.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation.
3. **Data Management**:
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to generate reports.
- Maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
4. **Project Management**:
- Assist project managers in tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate resources and resolve issues that arise during projects.
5. **Customer Service**:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
6. **Administrative Support**:
- Arrange meetings, travel, and other administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
7. **Process Optimization**:
- Identify and address inefficiencies in operational processes to improve productivity.
- Assist in developing and optimizing operational policies and procedures.
8. **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with team members to achieve goals.
- Assist in training new employees and fostering team collaboration.
9. **Financial Management**:
- Assist with budgeting, reimbursements, and other financial tasks.
- Monitor operational costs and provide recommendations for optimization.
10. **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure operational activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Identify and report potential risks, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
