QUALIFICATION/WORKING EXPERIENCES :
- STPM or Diploma from an accredited college or university or
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a Purchasing field or related position.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGES :
- Negotiation & inventory control skill
- Have knowledge in payment term & shipping Incoterm processes.
- Strong & communication skills
- Computer Skills
- SAP system knowledge will be advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Liaising with respective section and updating on the material or consumable items required by the requestor to full-fill the purchasing requirement.
- Sourcing for the supplier or vendor for raw material and consumable items base on the purchase requisition.
- Negotiating pricing, product quality, and delivery time with supplier or vendor.
- Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customer or suppliers conditions.
- Follow-up and ensuring items are delivering on time as per scheduling
- Generating Purchasing order upon received Purchase requisition.
- Planning and controlling on the material inventory.
- Submitting all related documents to various department upon completion the processes of purchasing.
- Ensuring the part of LLM and raw material are purchase accordingly to the requirement.
- Creating and maintaining vendor stock code in system (SAP).
- Follow the Company’s environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental related legal or regulatory requirements
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
