Job Description:

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Inspecting properties regularly to identify and address maintenance and repair needs
• Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed
• Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property value
• Managing a team of technicians and providing training and support as needed
• Communicating regularly with property owners, tenants, and management to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in related field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Proven experience managing a team of technicians and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
