Job Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with car dealers, expanding dealer channels, supporting financing applications, and driving business growth through dealer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with new and used car dealers.
• Expand dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote company financing products to dealers.
• Support dealers in loan application submission and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to solve dealer or customer issues.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and dealer needs.
• Monitor dealer performance and maintain long-term cooperation.
• Achieve business development and sales targets set by the company.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, dealer management, automotive sales, banking sales, or automotive finance.
• Good network or experience with car dealers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for dealer visits.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
