To perform high-frequency visual inspection and secondary processing of plastic components directly from the molding machine to ensure zero-defect delivery to the customer.

Core Responsibilities

• Gate & Flash Removal: Using manual tools (nippers, deburring knives) to cleanly remove excess plastic (runners/gates) without damaging the main part.
• Visual Defect Detection: Identifying common molding issues such as short molds (incomplete parts), burn marks, silver streaks, or splay.
• Dimensional Spot-Checks: Using basic gauges or "go/no-go" jigs to ensure parts haven't warped during the cooling process.
• Contamination Control: Ensuring no oil, dust, or foreign polymers are packed with the finished goods.
• Standardized Packaging: Placing parts into bins or cartons using protective layering (PE bags or foam) to prevent scratches, especially for high-gloss (ABS/PC) components.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,730.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
