We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager for our Kuching and Julau project to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily site operations
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
- Lead and supervise Site Supervisors, Engineers, QS, M&E Coordinators, and subcontractors
- Monitor project budget, cost control
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with CIDB and DOSH regulations
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at site
- Oversee project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and local regulations
- Experience handling government or private projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,828.16 per month
