Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
You will plan, shoot and edit videos and photos, assist in managing social media accounts, and support live sessions and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, keeps up with current trends, and is confident communicating both online and on camera.
Fresh graduates with an interest in content creation, social media and digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and conducting live sessions.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Passionate about social media, digital content, and current trends.
- Creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic skills in content creation, video editing, photography, and social media management.
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and CapCut/Adobe software.
- Able to communicate naturally and professionally with online audiences.
- Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos, product photos, reels, and short-form content aligned with the company’s branding and marketing direction.
- Conduct daily TikTok and social media live sessions to promote products, engage with audiences, and increase brand awareness and sales.
- Present products confidently during live sessions including explaining specifications, conditions, promotions, pricing, and trade-in services.
- Interact actively with viewers during live sessions by answering questions, responding to comments, and maintaining audience engagement throughout the session.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and friendly on-camera presence that reflects the company’s brand image.
- Assist in preparing live session setups including product arrangement, lighting, audio, camera angle, and overall presentation.
- Generate creative content ideas, campaign concepts, trending topics, and marketing strategies to improve social media growth and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content and live session performance including views, engagement, inquiries, and audience interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure content aligns with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, TikTok algorithms, viral content styles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ensure all content produced maintains the company’s quality, professionalism, and brand identity.
- Assist with additional marketing activities, campaigns, events, or promotional shoots when required by the company.
Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
