Hawa Kitchen is a central kitchen responsible for preparing food and sauces for Hawa Cafe outlets. We are looking for responsible and hardworking individuals to assist in daily kitchen production and food preparation.

• Assist in daily food production for Hawa Kitchen central kitchen operations, including preparation of sauces, ingredients, semi-prepared food items, and other products supplied to Hawa Cafe outlets to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to company SOP and production standards, including cutting, portioning, mixing, marinating, packing, and organizing ingredients to maintain consistency and food quality across all outlets.
• Handle food packing and labeling process carefully to ensure products are properly packed, dated, and arranged before delivery or transfer to outlets.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling practices are maintained at all times in preparation areas, storage areas, kitchen equipment, and workstations according to food safety standards.
• Assist in organizing kitchen stock, raw materials, and incoming supplies, including arranging frozen items, dry storage products, sauces, packaging materials, and monitoring stock usage during daily production.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth production flow during busy periods by completing assigned tasks efficiently and helping other team members when required.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools safely while following instructions from supervisors and kitchen management to ensure efficient and safe kitchen operations.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and product quality to ensure all items produced by Hawa Kitchen meet the standard required for Hawa Cafe outlets and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

• Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
