Job Responsibilities：

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Carry out troubleshooting and repair works related to Electrical systems, plumbing systems, Lighting systems, Air conditioning systems, Water supply systems General building maintenance and Any task that been handle by facility department.
• Monitor and maintain facility utilities to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Attend to breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform basic installation and replacement of facility equipment and components.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when required.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and service reports.
• Support facility improvement projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Able to work on rotating shifts or overtime when required.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards for facilities operations.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs at the site.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and participate in safety audits.

Qualification & Requirement：

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Candidates must possess a valid Chargeman Certificate (A0 or A1 certification).
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in facility maintenance or building maintenance environment.
• Knowledge in electrical maintenance, plumbing repair, building maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform maintenance work.
• Willing to work shifts and standby when required.
