Student Engagement & Operations Executive

The Position
As the Student Engagement & Operations Executive, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the academy, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and smooth coordination between students, parents, teachers, and the finance team.
This role plays a critical part in delivering a professional and customer-oriented experience while supporting enrollment growth and operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee examination administration and ensure proper coordination and compliance
Manage daily office administration and operational processes
First point of contact for parents and students, providing consultation and service support
Manage parents and student complaints professionally and promptly
Drive enrollment processes and maintain accurate documentation
Liaise closely with internal team to ensure accurate and timely information
Ensure clear communication across departments to maintain operational efficiency
Other administrative task that is relevant for this role
Who You Are
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
Proven experience in administration, operations, or education operation management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Confident in handling difficult conversations and complaints professionally
Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation
Strong communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage)
Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team mindset

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
