We are currently seeking a highly disciplined and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our logistics team and maintain a world-class warehouse environment.

Job Highlights

• Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Warehouse Supervision.
• Special Skill: Licensed/Experienced Forklift & Reach Truck Operator.
• Working Days: 6 Days per week.
• Location: Gelang Patah, Johor.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse assistants and drivers to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Inventory Control: Lead regular cycle counts and wall-to-wall stock takes; investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies in the system.
• Operational Handling: Operate forklifts and reach trucks for high-level racking, loading/unloading containers, and moving heavy pallets.
• Inbound & Outbound Management: Oversee the receiving of raw materials and the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring all documentation (DO, Invoice, Packing List) is 100% accurate.
• Space Optimization: Manage warehouse layout and storage strategy using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to maximize space and efficiency.
• Safety & 5S: Enforce strict safety regulations and maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) to ensure a safe and organized workplace.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly warehouse performance reports for the Management.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 – 4 years of working experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Must be proficient in operating a forklift. A valid forklift license is highly preferred.
• Computer Literacy: Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team and handle high-pressure situations.
• Commitment: Must be willing to work 6 days a week and perform overtime when required.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and performing physical tasks as needed.
• Education: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
