Responsibility:
- Prepare full set of account
- Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Process staff expenses claim, payments and invoicing/billing.
- Monitor and manage cash flow consistently.
- Liaise with external, auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports
- Maintaining accounting records
- General administration and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience or similar role.
- Detail-oriented and organized, strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- High integrity, meticulous for detail and able to work independently.
- Liaison with External Account, Auditor, Company Secretary, Bankers, and Govt bodies.
- Preferably possess good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
