Hiring – SAS Developer (Data Modeler) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are looking for a SAS Developer (Data Modeler) to support insurance-related data projects. Job Scope Design and maintain data models for insurance business needs Convert business requirements into clear data structures Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with standards Key Responsibilities Work with business teams to understand requirements Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models Analyze data and suggest improvements Document data models and definitions Work with Data Engineers and IT teams to implement solutions Ensure data meets security, compliance, and regulatory requirements Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives Stay updated with industry trends and best practices Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling (insurance experience preferred) Knowledge of ACORD is an advantage Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner) Strong analytical and communication skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
