Job Title: IT Solution Analyst

Location: Seremban, Malaysia

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both software development and system/solution analysis. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, supporting the full system development lifecycle, and ensuring high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, implement, and support IT applications that meet business needs.
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
• Support testing phases including FUT (Functional Unit Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide user training and post-implementation support.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with service management processes.
• Participate in project delivery and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business users to ensure smooth system implementation.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total IT experience, including:
• At least 5 years in software/application development
• At least 5 years as a System/Solution Analyst
• Strong experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of C#.NET, Java, Mendix, and PL/SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,500.00 per month
