Job Title: Finance Practical Intern
Location: Efficient E-Solutions Berhad
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee engagement while gaining valuable experience.
Qualification:
Diploma in Finance/Business Studies/Administration or equivalent qualifications.
Requirement:
1) Self-motivated, disciplined, well-organized, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.
2) Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
3) Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
5) Knowledge of Autocount will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Assist in updating debtor information and new account opening.
2) Assist in invoice printing, sorting, update billing report and email out the invoice to customers.
3) Submit invoices through customers’ portals and assist in preparing monthly invoicing reports.
4) Perform document scanning, filing and maintain proper records of all documents.
5) Perform other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
