Mon - Fri: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm

Location: Changi Area (2 way Company Transport Provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
Responsibilities
Procurement (65%)
Source quotations, issue RFQs, coordinate vendor meetings, and negotiate pricing.
Manage purchase orders and delivery arrangements across departments.
Admin (35%)
Handle mail, courier coordination, franking, and reporting.
Manage office supplies and pantry stock.
Verify phone bills, invoices, and budget codes with Finance.
Maintain records, support asset audits, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement/admin role
