Job Description
- Receive, check, and record incoming materials / equipment
- Manage stock movement (in/out) and update inventory records
- Issue materials/tools to site with proper documentation
- Monitor stock level and inform for replenishment
- Conduct stock count and ensure accurate inventory record
- Maintain proper filing (DO, PO, invoices, stock records)
- Ensure store is organized, clean, and comply with safety requirements
- Support ISO documentation and audit preparation
- Perform any other ad-hoc/clerical duties from time to time
Requirements
- Malaysian Citizen
- At least can read, count and write
License/Certification:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification with minimum 2years relevant working experience in related field
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and ability to prioritize tasks given
- Detail-oriented and multi-taking as necessary
- Must be computer literacy, e.g. MS Excel, Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
