We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Intern to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in office management, communication, documentation, and coordination within a professional work environment.
Location: Bank Negara, Shah Alam
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Allowance: RM1,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Handle data entry and update company databases
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and meeting notes
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Support office coordination and event arrangements
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
