Responsibilities and Authorities
- Develop, implement, and maintain control systems for machinery and production processes (PLC, HMI, robotics, motion control, vision systems).
- Perform software integration, programming, debugging, and testing to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Review and maintain project documentation, electrical/control drawings, and software versioning before system release.
- Follow coding standards, testing procedures, release workflows, and proper change management for machine upgrades and software modifications.
- Identify technical risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement in control systems and project workflows.
- Ensure cybersecurity, access control, and protection of project files and machine software.
- Coordinate with software engineers, senior engineers, and project teams to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Provide on-site support, commissioning, and troubleshooting assistance when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Min Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control/Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in control systems, industrial automation, or related engineering projects.
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with all levels.
- Able to work extra hours/shifts if required.
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 or software quality standards.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
