• To provide daily application and operations support to internal and external users in regions
• Work closely with vendor and users to understand requirements and coordinate IT Business Analysts
• Conduct first level system analysis and provide effective solutions
• Develop and execute testing for system modifications
• Develop various reports for management or operation by software reporting tool
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
• 1 year or above relevant working experience in project management, application support and user training;
• Proficiency in SQL with joins and debugging at the SQL level;
• Good knowledge of ERP system and business process;
• Good knowledge in Logistics applications will be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Project management tools and Office application, such as MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office;
• Good documentation and presentation skill;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Independent and attention to details;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel
