This role comes with a clear path to Creative Director as Quandora grows. If you want to eventually lead the creative vision of a breakout Singapore startup, this is where that journey starts.

The Role

I am looking for a videographer who doesn't just consume the internet — they shape it. This isn't a "make the PowerPoint look nice" kind of role. You'll be working directly with the founders to build Quandora into Singapore's next viral startup, one scroll-stopping video at a time.

You'll own content from concept to upload. That means scripting, shooting, editing, and posting. You'll be embedded in a Gen Z marketing team that moves at the speed of trends, ships weird ideas without a five-layer approval process, and genuinely believes that great content can build a brand faster than any ad spend.

Content creation

• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Create skits, office content, and product storytelling that actually slaps
• Test ideas fast — we try fast and fail fast
• Experiment with formats: talking head, POVs, trend hijacks, brainrot, lo-fi, all of it

Who This Is For

• You live on TikTok — not casually, borderline addiction.
• You like working with a Gen Z team and bringing crazy ideas to the table
• You're comfortable on camera, not just behind it
• You like creating Gen Z and funny brainrot scripts
• You enjoy explaining ideas, creating content, and being seen publicly
• You're energetic, a clear communicator, and not afraid of feedback

• You can act in videos — comfortable being silly on camera
• You're interested in trading, finance, or AI / tech
• You understand what makes content go viral (and can explain why)
