This is a 7-month contract maternity cover role. As a Content Creative you will work closely with the Creative Studio to develop, art direct and deliver compelling visual stories across video and design channels. This role supports ongoing campaigns, brand initiatives and always on marketing content and communications, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, video cutdowns and high quality channel optimised visual assets.


Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Content Creative who is, first and foremost, a strong editor. The right person has a proven editing track record and can own the post production workstream end to end. They lead creative ideation and also execute the edit themselves.

  • A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Motion Design, Visual Communication or a related field

  • 4 to 6 years of experience with a strong focus on hands on video editing, as an Art Director, Senior Editor, or hybrid creative within an agency, production house or in house creative team

  • A strong record in high-retention video editing for organic and paid social (Meta, YT, TikTok). Expert at translating brand narratives into high-performing direct-response assets, from cinematic master videos to optimized social cutdowns.

  • Solid editing skills across pacing, rhythm, structure, sound design and music selection

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics and end to end post workflows

  • Able to lead creative ideation, develop scripts, and translate ideas into clear storyboards and shot plans

  • Experience art directing on set and in post, giving clear direction to crew, talent and motion designers

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for framing, composition, typography and motion

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma to support design output where required

  • Familiarity with AI driven creative tools for ideation, previsualisation, editing and visual enhancement

  • Comfortable working with brand guidelines to keep a consistent visual identity across outputs

  • Organised and able to manage multiple edits and campaigns in parallel

  • Clear communicator, open to feedback, and able to articulate creative and editorial rationale to stakeholders

  • A digital native with a collaborative, curious mindset and a willingness to experiment with new tools


Day to Day Activities

  • Own the post production workstream end to end. Lead the edit, assemble cuts, refine pacing, and deliver hero films, ad cutdowns, and long and short form content

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of editing requests and requirements for campaign content.

  • Lead creative ideation for video ad campaigns. Drive concepting sessions, develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists and animatics with the edit in mind

  • Work closely with the Senior Content Creative across pre and post production, from creative briefs and treatments through to shoot days, edits and final delivery

  • Create motion graphics, sound design choices and visual overlays.Manage colour, sound and finishing decisions across every deliverable

  • Design and adapt supporting video assets across digital and physical touchpoints where required

  • Contribute fresh perspectives, references and ideas during brainstorms and creative reviews
