We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and manage our events, campaigns, and special projects from planning to execution.
You will oversee timelines, budgets, coordination, team management, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Project & Event Management
- Lead and manage multiple projects, events, and activations simultaneously
- Develop project timelines, workflows, and execution plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot operational issues
Team Coordination
- Manage and coordinate event executives, crews, and external vendors
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability within the team
- Conduct project briefings and operational meetings
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
Client & Partner Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage project expectations and deliverables professionally
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, collaborators, and venue partners
Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare quotations, budgets, and cost tracking
- Monitor project expenses and profitability
- Prepare post-event reports and project evaluations
On-Ground Execution
- Oversee event setup, operations, and dismantling
- Ensure event quality and visitor experience meet expectations
- Handle crisis management and real-time decision making during events
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in event management, project management, or related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays during event periods
- Familiar with budgeting, project planning, and vendor management
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Canva
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator will be a big plus point
