Job Scope Summary:
As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and payments, assigning rooms, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest’s stay. You will also coordinate with other hotel departments, resolve guest concerns professionally, perform administrative tasks, and contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
