Human Resources Assistant (HRA)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant (HRA) to support the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR operations, business licensing, road tax management, renewal tracking, foreign worker (FW) matters, and procurement coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Functions
- Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, memos, and related documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and supporting records.
- Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and HR administrative matters.
- Handle employee disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with company policies and labour laws.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act requirements and HR best practices.
Business Licensing & Renewals
- Manage and monitor company business licences, permits, and statutory renewals.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for applications and renewals.
- Maintain an updated renewal tracker to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
- Coordinate with Finance on renewal payments and related documentation.
Road Tax & Vehicle Administration
- Handle road tax renewals and vehicle documentation for company vehicles.
- Maintain updated records for vehicle insurance, road tax expiry, and inspections.
- Liaise with JPJ, Puspakom, and insurance providers on vehicle-related matters.
Foreign Worker (FW) Management
- Manage foreign worker permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
- Liaise with relevant government departments and online portals for submissions and approvals.
- Monitor permit expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Ensure compliance with levy payments, quota requirements, and statutory obligations.
Nursery Expenditure & Procurement
- Coordinate and process nursery expenditure and procurement orders from workers.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain proper records of procurement transactions, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reimbursement matters.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
