We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the creation and upkeep of comprehensive technical and logistical documents that underpin complex engineering projects, including robotics, vehicle systems, and defense technologies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring all documentation remains precise, compliant, and aligned with operational needs throughout the system's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and Updating Technical Resources: Develop detailed user guides, maintenance manuals, technical reference materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Convert engineering insights into clear, organized documentation that supports various stakeholders.

• Supporting System Lifecycle Activities: Facilitate logistics support functions such as planning maintenance schedules, managing spare parts and provisioning documents, and documenting system reliability and maintainability aspects. Ensure documentation remains relevant from deployment through decommissioning.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with engineers from different disciplines, project coordinators, and operations teams to gather technical data and verify the accuracy of documentation.

• Ensuring Compliance and Standards: Maintain documentation standards that meet client specifications, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements. Keep track of document versions and ensure traceability for audits and reviews.

• Managing Document Systems: Oversee repositories to guarantee proper version control, timely updates, and stakeholder accessibility, supporting smooth audit processes and information retrieval.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Has demonstrated experience in preparing logistics and technical documentation for complex systems.

• Excels in technical writing with the ability to distill complex engineering concepts into understandable language.
