Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers who want to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations. You will be exposed to a wide range of administrative functions and receive structured training to build essential workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office systems
- Assist different departments with basic operational tasks as needed
- Ensure office supplies are monitored and replenished
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
