Job Description / 职位描述:

Prepare food and desserts according to SOP (e.g., Pork Chop Buns, Tong Sui). 根据标准作业程序（SOP）准备食物和甜品（如：猪扒包、糖水）。

Perform opening/closing duties assigned by the manager. 执行经理安排的开店/关店任务 。

Ensure all equipment’s are functioning properly before and during operations. (确保所有设备在营运前及营运期间正常运作)

Ensure the food quality and consistency (确保食品质量与一致性)

Work closely with the front of house team to ensure smooth daily operations ( 与前台团队紧密配合，确保日常营运顺畅)

Requirements / 职位要求:

Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. (性格开朗，致力于卓越的客户服务)

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. (注重实干、细节导向、且乐于学习)

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays + OT Provided. 能够配合轮班，并在周末及公共假期工作 + 加班 。

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and teamwork with other members. (能在快节奏的环境下工作，并具备团队协作精神)

Language / 语言: Able to converse in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. 能以英语、华语或粤语交流 。

Staff Benefits / 员工福利:

Attendance Bonus / 出勤奖金: RM 100.00

Shift Support Allowance / 轮班支援津贴: Up to RM 500.

Performance Bonus / 绩效奖金: Up to RM 150.

Staff Discount / 员工折扣: 20%.

EPF, Socso & Eis contributions / 提供公积金、社保及就业保险。

Training provided / 提供培训

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Kitchen helper: 1 year (Preferred)
