Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.
Carry out routine inspections on building systems including electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, HVAC systems, pumps, motors, generators, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults related to electrical and mechanical systems in a timely manner.
Attend to emergency breakdowns and maintenance requests promptly.
Monitor the operational condition of equipment and report abnormalities to the superior.
Conduct testing and servicing of electrical and mechanical equipment according to maintenance schedules.
Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety procedures, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and inspection checklists.
Assist in installation, replacement, and upgrading of building systems and equipment when required.
Coordinate and supervise contractors or vendors during maintenance and repair works.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and kept in safe condition.
Support energy-saving and operational improvement initiatives within the facility.
Participate in standby duties, shift work, or on-call support when assigned.
Assist in ensuring compliance with local authority and safety requirements.
Job Requirements
Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Building Services, or related technical field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or engineering services.
Experience in commercial buildings, residential buildings, hospitals, malls, industrial facilities, or mixed developments is an added advantage.
