The E-Commerce Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and campaign setup in Website platform. This role supports daily backend operations, ensures data accuracy, coordinates with cross-functional teams for campaign execution, and monitors stock availability to optimize online sales performance. The position also assists in voucher creation, FB Live backend support, product database maintenance, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient e-commerce operations.
Job Descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end process of new product uploads, ensuring all listings are categorized correctly
- Perform regular updates on product pricing, specifications, and descriptions to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with the creative team to refresh product photography and banners
- Act as the bridge between Marketing and e-commerce
- Submit artwork requests for campaign assets
- Implement finalized campaign pricing and SKU mechanics once locked, ensuring zero discrepancies during go-live
- Create and test vouchers, discount codes, and "hidden" rewards to drive conversion.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks leading up to major sales events to identify potential shortages.
- Monitor real-time stock levels and initiate restock requests to prevent "Out of Stock" scenarios on high-traffic items.
- Request and keep-maintaining stock level during campaign and upcoming campaign.
- Manage the backend setup for Facebook Live sessions, including product pinning, real-time price adjustments, and link generation.
- Monitor the website backend for any glitches during peak traffic periods and report issues to the technical team
- Maintain clean and accurate product database, perform regular checks on product data consistency and identify and report errors in product record (pricing, stock, etc)
- Product & Inventory Reporting (product listings status, stock levels and low-stock items, pricing updates and changes, highlight out-of-stock, low-stock, and fast-moving items)
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business, E-commerce, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, or product management
- Basic experience with e-commerce or product management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g. sorting, filtering, basic formulas like VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with handling large datasets and structured data
- Basic understanding of product attributes (SKU, pricing, stock, categories)
