We are actively looking for an a HR Executive to handle daily human resource operations and supports employees and management.

Main Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Preparing employment contracts and HR letters.
• Managing employee records and attendance.
• Processing leave, claims and payroll support.
• Handling staff training and development coordination.
• Assisting with performance appraisal processes.
• Ensuring compliance with MOM and company policies
• Supporting employee engagement and welfare activities.

Skills Required

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and multitasking.
• Knowledge of Singapore HR practices and MOM regulations.
• Microsoft Office and HR system knowledge.
• Problem-solving and confidentiality.

Common Requirements

• Diploma in HR, Business or related field.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of HR or administrative work experience (for executive role).
• Fresh diploma graduates may apply for junior HR Executive positions.
