Payroll Responsibilities (Compensation & Benefits) : End to end processing. Managing monthly salary, allowance, and deduction calculation
Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local labour laws, including epf, sosco, EIS, PCB (tax) and HRDF submissions.
Data Accurancy & Auditing : Maintain accurate personel record in payroll systems, reconcile payroll accounts and prepare for internal/external audits.
Prepare monthly reports, bank files for salary disbursement and variance analysis for management review. Annual EA Form, employer tax filins undertaken by organization.
Manage recruitment, job positiing and interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirement and conduct interviews.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedure and employee relation. Manage employee relation by addressing disciplinary matter and staff communication.
Oversee foreign worker recruitment and administration including work permit, renewal and related documents.
