Steigen is the largest direct-to-consmer smart automated laundry rack brand in Singapore. We are a rapidly growing, ever-evolving organisation, and we are seeking new teammates to join us on our exciting journey.

We are seeking a skilled Smart Automated Laundry Rack Installer/Technician to join our team. As a Smart Automated Laundry Rack Installer/Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service Team, Product Team, and Operations Team to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot automated laundry rack products.

• Provide product training to customers and test product functionality after installation.

• On job training will be provided

• Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
• Ensure that automated laundry rack are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
• Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs
• Upkeep of Company vehicle
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company

Requirements
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical work, carpentry, or home appliances installations preferred.
• Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
