职位描述

岗位职责

  •  10+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, preferably in Insurance / Financial Services environment.
  •  Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
  •  Strong experience in VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter administration.
  •  Experience in production support or Site Reliability / Operations environment.
  •  Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  •  Experience managing critical incidents and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  •  Experience in scripting / automation using PowerShell preferred.
  •  Presentation and documentation skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  Key Stakeholders: Infrastructure Operations, Cloud CoE, Engineering, Internal / External IA, Tech Risk and Business
