Location : Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM 2,500 and above
What you'll be doing
Prepare and process customer invoices and billing statements accurately and on time
Maintain and update customer account records and information
Assist with accounts receivable and collections activities
Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team
Ensure all financial documents are filed and archived properly
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or Administrative Assistant in an accounting or
finance department
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Proficient in using accounting software SQL and Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
