Hiring: Mechanical Package Engineer – FPSO

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Compensation Benchmark: RM 20,000/month

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Package Engineer with strong FPSO/offshore oil & gas project exposure to join a leading global engineering and offshore project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering activities for mechanical equipment packages in FPSO projects

• Handle pumps, compressors, turbines, HVAC, and related package systems

• Prepare/review technical specifications, datasheets, and vendor documentation

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams

• Support EPCIC execution, technical query resolution, and compliance activities

• Participate in FATs, installation support, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and project-specific standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 5–7 years of FPSO/offshore oil & gas project experience

• Strong understanding of rotating/static equipment packages

• Familiarity with EPCIC execution and offshore engineering standards

• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
