Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data center operations, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance of all facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee daily operational functions, including monitoring systems, managing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and prompt resolution of infrastructure and hardware challenges.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime across the data center.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• Experience in data center operations, facility management, or related infrastructure roles
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and physical security
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Vendor management experience and familiarity with SLAs
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CDCP, DCNA, or equivalent preferred
• Preferred
• Experience with automation tools and data center management software
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, TIA-942
