Our Infrastructure Team is currently seeking a BIM Civil 3D Lead with the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the preparation of BIM models, drawings, documentation and reports.
• Oversee the creation, modification, and maintenance of BIM models, BIM objects and BIM datasets to meet the relevant BIM standards, BIM uses/applications, project specifications and the requirements provided by the design and/or construction professionals.
• Attend and facilitate BIM project coordination meetings with professionals in the relevant disciplines.
• Produce project drawings/plans and schedules from BIM models for approvals or statutory submissions.
• Provide support to the team and/or construction professional(s) in BIM implementation in projects.

• Higher Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Min 7 years of relevant experience on Civil 3D
• Preferably possess a recognized certificate, diploma or above preferably in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering, Surveying or equivalent
• Solid experience in 3D modeling software applications (Civil 3D and/or Revit), BIM 360 / Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD. Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Civil 3D modelling on site formation, road alignment and drainage piping works
• Familiar with CIC and CEDD BIM modelling standard
• Good command of spoken and written Engish
• Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a senior leadership role
