Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary security point of contact for client engagements, managing stakeholder relationships, governance meetings, security reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure strong security alignment and execution.
· Lead end-to-end security program governance including program planning, executive reporting, risk tracking, action management, escalation handling, and ensuring security requirements are operationalized across multiple regions and delivery models.
· Oversee physical and operational security practices across delivery environments, including access controls, CCTV/monitoring systems, incident reporting, investigations, evidence handling, and corrective action implementation.
· Coordinate cyber security and technology security initiatives such as access management, monitoring/logging, incident response, security reviews, and collaboration between clients and internal technical teams to ensure effective control implementation.
· Drive risk management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining risk registers, supporting audits and assurance activities, developing security playbooks, analyzing incident trends, and implementing preventive remediation measures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· 5+ years of experience in security program management, security operations, operational risk, compliance, assurance, or client-facing security roles within high-risk or regulated environments.
· Strong program management and coordination skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive governance routines, manage escalations, and ensure timely closure of actions.
· Good understanding of physical and operational security concepts including investigations, procedural compliance, site risk management, and staff enablement.
· Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals such as access control, logging/monitoring, incident response lifecycle, and security risk management.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience preparing client-ready reports, executive updates, risk summaries, and incident briefings.
· Experience supporting distributed global operations, audit readiness, evidence management, and governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or risk management frameworks.
