Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and messages across various platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle product returns, parcel cancellations, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Manage and update out-of-stock product information.
- Monitor and assist in handling product ratings and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum Sijil/Diploma in any field.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
