What you'll be doing

• Designing, implementing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to increase productivity and product quality
• Analysing production data, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance process efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Developing and documenting standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and standardised processes
• Conducting regular process audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance
• Providing technical expertise and training to production staff to upskill and empower the team
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics or semiconductor production
• Proven track record of optimising manufacturing processes and improving plant efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis and LEAN manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with process automation, Industry 4.0 technologies and continuous improvement methodologies

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
