- Manage contractual and commercial activities for precast and export-related projects.
- Review contracts, technical documents, specifications, and project requirements to identify commercial risks and cost impacts.
- Prepare, evaluate, and process variation orders (VO), progress claims, and commercial documentation.
- Monitor project expenses, track cost variances, and propose cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments including production, engineering, logistics, procurement, and HQ regarding contract-related matters.
- Monitor project timelines, payment milestones, and export documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in contract negotiations and resolve contractual or commercial disputes/issues.
- Maintain proper contract administration, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in contract administration or commercial management in construction projects.
- Experience in precast, building, infrastructure, or industrial construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, variation claims, and commercial management.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project contracts and work with project teams.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ulu Choh, Johor.
