Essential Functions

1. Arrange and instruct cargo release
2. Ensure sufficient cargo on board
3. Provide full spectrum of bunker operation and ensure smooth delivery
4. Ensure accuracy of quality and quantity of bunkers are being delivered safely and efficiently.
5. Restructuring of the code according to the bunker processes (pre, during and post)
6. Perform physical tank soundings to confirm quantity on board and delivered
7. Responsible for stock control, cargo calculations and documentations
8. Coordinate with Customers for necessary precautions pertaining Safety, Health and Environment.

Requirements

1. Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers preferred
2. Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR 48)
3. Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648)
4. Able to do shift duties and stay onboard vessel
5. Training provided if requirements not met
