We’re looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain stable and secure systems across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and ensuring systems and infrastructure run efficiently with minimal downtime.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As part of the IT and operations team, you will provide technical support, manage system administration tasks, and help maintain hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure to support smooth business operations. ️
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ IT Support & Helpdesk Operations
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Respond to IT tickets, incidents, and support requests promptly
- Assist users with system setup, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Ensure excellent technical support and user experience
System Administration & Infrastructure
- Maintain and monitor servers, systems, and IT infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Support system updates, upgrades, and patch management
- Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure backup, recovery, and system security procedures are followed
Network & Device Management
- Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and office devices
- Coordinate hardware installation, replacement, and maintenance
- Work with vendors and service providers for technical support
- Ensure stable and secure infrastructure operations
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures
- Maintain IT asset inventories and system records
- Support IT process optimization and standardization initiatives
- Build and maintain internal knowledge base documentation
- Assist with IT compliance and operational reporting

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking basics
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and system troubleshooting
- Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar tools
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and backup processes
