Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and innovative Technology Development Engineer to support the development of new processes, materials, and package solutions aligned with customer and market requirements. This role involves managing new development projects from concept to implementation, including planning, execution, qualification, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology transfer, continuous improvement, and high-quality product performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and establish new package solutions based on customer needs and market trends
• Design, develop, and optimize new processes and materials to meet product performance requirements
• Lead and manage new development projects, including planning, execution, timeline, and cost control
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality, and Engineering) for smooth project implementation
• Conduct process characterization, validation, and qualification activities
• Analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions for process and product improvements
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and development records
• Communicate project progress, risks, and results to internal stakeholders and customers
• Support technology transfer from development stage to mass production
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes, materials, or packaging technology is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Good project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
