This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a leading Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice in Hong Kong.
Client Details
Our client is a large, UK headquartered law firm, with a strong practice in the Litigation & Disputes space.
Description
Working closely with a Partner and Senior Associate, the Paralegal will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to the legal team.
Conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports on various legal matters.
Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinating with external legal counsel and stakeholders as required.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Assisting with compliance and regulatory filings.
Supporting other ad hoc legal and administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a law graduate with around 1 year of transferable experience. The candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English. This role requires someone with strong attention-to-detail, good organization skills and a switched-on mindset. Candidates available within short notice will be preferred.
