Lebtech Berhad is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support professional to support the Company’s IT operations. This role is responsible for delivering end-user technical assistance, maintaining IT systems and assets, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT services.
Job Description :
- Provide technical support to end-users by addressing inquiries and resolving hardware and software-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications.
- Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Assist with system setup, user account management, email configuration, and access control.
- Coordinate with the LESB team for technical advice, as well as with external vendors or service providers on IT-related matters when necessary.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including filing systems, custodial records, and user guides.
- Support the implementation of new systems and software.
- Stay updated with IT trends and technologies to enhance daily operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance, validity, and timely renewal of IT-related assets, including software licenses, system subscriptions, warranties, and user access.
- Maintain accurate records and track expiry dates for systems, software, and IT equipment.
- Prepare and provide quotations for IT equipment, as well as software and hardware planning.
- Perform ad-hoc IT-related tasks to support and improve daily operations.
