Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in an IT-related role; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with various departments across the organisation. 
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms for IT workflow optimisation and system monitoring is an added advantage. 
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment. 

岗位职责

Lebtech Berhad is seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support professional to support the Company’s IT operations. This role is responsible for delivering end-user technical assistance, maintaining IT systems and assets, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT services.

Job Description :

  • Provide technical support to end-users by addressing inquiries and resolving hardware and software-related issues. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications. 
  • Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware and software assets. 
  • Assist with system setup, user account management, email configuration, and access control. 
  • Coordinate with the LESB team for technical advice, as well as with external vendors or service providers on IT-related matters when necessary. 
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including filing systems, custodial records, and user guides. 
  • Support the implementation of new systems and software. 
  • Stay updated with IT trends and technologies to enhance daily operations. 
  • Ensure proper maintenance, validity, and timely renewal of IT-related assets, including software licenses, system subscriptions, warranties, and user access. 
  • Maintain accurate records and track expiry dates for systems, software, and IT equipment. 
  • Prepare and provide quotations for IT equipment, as well as software and hardware planning. 
  • Perform ad-hoc IT-related tasks to support and improve daily operations.
