Job Description

The Assembler is responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of modules and systems in accordance with specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions. This role ensures high-quality, accurate builds to support production schedules within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly builds according to production schedule, required specifications, schematic drawings, and work instructions.
• Support engineers in conducting experiments, trials, and process validation activities.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving manufacturing issues; support Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing discipline at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with cleanroom protocols.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production and delivery targets.
• Demonstrate strong quality awareness and productivity mindset in all assigned tasks.
  
  
  

Requirement

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in assembly or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematic and/or mechanical drawings.
• Capable of independently carrying out assembly for at least 1–2 processes within a single platform.
• Experience in Gas Box and panel assembly within the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing applications is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment with shift system.
