We’re looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that power next-generation products and business solutions.

ROLE MISSION

To develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, models, and systems that improve automation, decision-making, and product intelligence across the organization. ️

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models
• Build AI-powered features for products and internal systems
• Work with NLP, LLMs, and predictive modeling techniques
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Experiment with new AI technologies and frameworks

Data & Model Engineering

• Prepare, clean, and process large datasets for training
• Build data pipelines for AI model training and deployment
• Evaluate model performance using key metrics
• Improve data quality and feature engineering processes
• Support real-time and batch AI inference systems

️ AI Systems Integration

• Integrate AI models into production applications and APIs
• Collaborate with backend and product teams on AI features
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems
• Support CI/CD workflows for ML/AI deployment (MLOps)
• Monitor and maintain deployed models

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts
• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Present technical findings and model insights clearly
• Contribute to AI strategy and innovation initiatives
• Support experimentation and proof-of-concept development

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model training
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and deployment concepts
• Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or generative AI is a strong advantage
