Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for web-based products and platforms.
• Contribute to reusable component development, automated testing, and CI/CD implementation.
• Explore and apply emerging AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product innovation.
• Design scalable technical architectures and prepare related technical documentation.
• Collaborate on product design discussions and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and smooth execution.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Java, or similar frameworks/languages.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including experience building high-traffic or high-concurrency systems.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building real-time platforms, marketplace systems, or data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with scalable distributed systems and performance optimization best practices.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, DevOps workflows, or containerized deployments is a plus.
